The little village of Eklingji with a number of ancient temples is 22 kms north of Udaipur. The Shiv temple in the village was originally built in 734 AD, although its present form dates from the rule of Maharana Raimal, between 1473 AD and 1509 AD. The walled complex includes an elaborately pillared hall under a large pyramidal roof and features a four faced Shiva image of black marble. Photography is not allowed.

| At Nagda, 1 km before Eklingji, are old temples. The Jain temple of Adbudji is essentially ruined, but its architecture is quiet intresting. The nearby Sas Bahu, or Mother and Daughter-in-Law Temple is worth visiting.
